My Story
With a passion for Pastry from a very young age, Regina, who has gained over 25 years of experience in her professional field of Patisserie, has in both the catering industry to present, an award-winning home bakery. Her journey through her love of baking, brought her opportunities to up-skill her expertise from London to Paris. A former graduate from both The Tourism College, Killybegs, Co Donegal and GMIT, Co Galway, she has obtained her qualification with a Bachelor of Arts in Culinary Arts with Distinction as well as numerous awards from The Panel of Chefs of Ireland. Working over the years as a Pastry Chef Regina has experimented with the latest trends in a patisserie as well as creating custom cakes.
